Youtube link (if we are doing a premiere, make sure it’s set to Unlisted until after the premiere)

Digital .mp3 files (NOT .wav)
Video file for IG/TIKTOK (mp4, mov file types) 30 seconds (OPTIONAL)
Any previous media quotes you might want to include (we choose 1)
Bandcamp codes if available (20 to bella@mooncoilmedia.com and the rest to william@mooncoilmedia.com)

Instructions: So we can be as efficient as possible and do a good job for you:
In the Google folder we will provide for you, you will see the following folders: Images, Documents, Videos, Audio. They are self-explanatory where your files need to go. The Videos folder is for teasers, short form videos etc. Please put the bio/epk on a Word docx (preferred) or .pdf and include your social/streaming links on there. Another document should have the aforementioned release “description” on it. Band photos should be landscape if possible. Dimensions need to be 700 dpi width.. If you are submitting BC codes (Recommended) email those to our assistant: Bella@mooncoilmedia.com.
